Can the New Citizens really "integrate" into society?

Let's see what some of them had contributed so far 1) Pushed the cost of living 2) Committing suicide 3) Killing locals by ramming their cars into others 4) Moonlight Prostituition 5) Evading NS by giving up citizenship before enlistment 6) Hanging their country's flag in HDBs 7) Admonishing the locals 8) Displaced locals in their jobs 9) Overcrowding of infrastructure 10) Insulting the locals verbally As George Washington once said, if we desire to avoid insult, we must be able to repel it; if we desire to secure peace, one of the most powerful instruments of our rising prosperity, it must be known, that we are at all times ready for War. Will we wage this war soon against these new citizens?
