WM25 - Review

Gosh I'm reviewing a show as old as me. It's a passion watching grown men (and women) fondle and grope each other. The grandest show just took place and I am utterly disappointed in many ways...

Pyros and staging design were clearly a par below last year's

Eventhough they had live performances from Nicole Scherzinger and Kid Rock, it couldn't mask the fact that these shows no longer possess the awesome selling power they do in the 90s.

Here are the match reviews:
WWE Tag Team Titles Unification Match
Carlito & Primo Colon vs. The Miz & John Morrison

I am sure millions around the globe must be scratching their heads. Why is this match left off the PPV? It was a bloody good one too... Primo with a backstabber on Morrison for the win

"Money in the Bank" Ladder Match
CM Punk vs. Mark Henry vs. WWE U.S. Champion MVP vs. Finlay vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Christian vs. Kane

Shelton is one crazy motherf**ker. High spots and lotsa action. Punk eventually ascended and retrieved the briefcase. Pity the wrong guy won

25 Diva Battle Royal
Saving grace was KR's performance during the intro and Santina's dance at the end. Seriously Santino is very entertaining doing all this sissy stuff. Santino winning it was just another slap on the face for all WWE Divas

Chris Jericho vs. Roddy Piper, Jimmy Snuka & Ricky Steamboat with Ric Flair
Steamboat is da man... This dude still got it. Y2J won (as expected) only to be levelled by Mickey Rourke post-match

"Extreme Rules" Match
Jeff Hardy vs. Matt Hardy

Bro vs Bro. Where have we seen that before? Nvm. Good match with lotsa stunts. Sick finish with Matt performing a TOF on Jeff while his head is caught in a chair

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match
JBL (c) vs. Rey Mysterio

If you took a piss/dump during the start, you probably missed it. It's only 21 seconds long for God's sake. Damn I hate this shit. Cool Joker costume from Rey though and a cooler belt to go along with it

The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels
Match of the Night. They went back to back. I thought Taker broke his neck when he leapt off the ring onto the floor. Sick spot. Anyway, after a tombstome piledriver, it was R.I.P. HBK and 17-0 for the dead man. Wonder who can break this streak?

World Heavyweight Championship Match
Edge (c) vs. John Cena vs. Big Show

Cena won. Like we didn't see that coming. Bullshit. Nuff said

WWE Championship
Randy Orton vs. Triple H (c)

So much expectations but yet they screwed it up. I expected an angle twist and the McMahons to turn on HHH but NOOOOOOOO. Where the fcuk was Legacy? Jerking off backstage? The good guy won and the crowd was very disappointed. Dead reaction for most parts of the match. HHH levels Orton with the sledgehammer and a pedigree. That sealed the deal. Boring, lame and waste of time. If you asked me, they should have placed this match at the start and ended the PPV with Taker-HBK

It was a mixed PPV with some good matches and MANY bad ones...

I really dunno whether I can wait for another 25 years to see them f**king it up again... Till then, God help WWE fans.

Anyways, I am into UFC these days. Pure violence and blood...

When the whole PPV ended, I was literally like "HUH"?

Yup, the face says it all...
